Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 years and above Presence of stage 2 or 3 pressure ulcers Bedridden or immobilized patients Willing to participate and provide written and informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with stage 1 and stage 4 bed sores Known hypersensitivity to insulin Patients not consenting to participate
