Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Above 18 years of age 2.Samyak shodhana attained by vamana(as reported by treating physician or clinical team) 3.Samyak shodhana attained by virechana(as reported by treating physician or clinical team) 4.Willing to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Vamana and Virechana anarha 2.Those who have undergone Ayurvedic Panchakarma procedures recently(in past six months) 3.Those who have undergone surgeries/hospitalisation(in past six months) 4.Those who have undertaken weight loss exercises or weight loss dietary patterns recently
