Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects with frozen shoulder diagnosed by orthopaedician Subjects with stage II and stage III of adhesive capsulitis Subjects of both genders between the age group of 41 60 years Subjects with restricted ROM

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with rotator cuff tears Overuse injury History of RA, OA, and malignancies in the shoulder region Frozen shoulder secondary to neurological disorder Post-surgical cases
