Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Subject who are willing to volunteer and sign the written informed consent and parents or legal guardians who are willing to sign the written consent for their child to participate voluntarily and assent for 12 to 18 year old Subjects with age group From 12 to 25 years Diagnosed subjects of Premenstrual Syndrome as per American College of Obstetrician and Gynaecology Premenstrual Syndrome diagnostic criteria
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects diagnosed with Hypothyroidism Hyperthyroidism and polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS) Subjects currently on hormonal therapy including oral contraceptive pills and progesterone Subjects with diagnosed psychiatric illnesses such as major depression anxiety disorders and premenstrual dysphoric disorder Subjects with chronic systemic diseases including diabetes mellitus Pregnant and lactating women
