Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants presenting with the sign and symptom of Vicharchika Patients who have given written consent to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with any other chronic skin diseases Like Psoriasis and other types of Kushta Presence of local infections or skin diseases on proposed site of allergy patch test or sting bite Patients suffering from severe systemic illness systemic lupus erythematous HIV tuberculosis any malignancy anaphylaxis to medicines Pregnancy lactating women and puerperium Patients unwilling to provide written consent to participate in the study
