Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patient aged 18 to 65 years ASA physical status I , II, III Elective colonoscopy with an anticipated duration of more than 45 minutes Patients willing to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal to participate or inability to provide consent Age under 18 years or more than 65 years ASA physical status IV or above. Pregnancy or lactation Significant cardiovascular, respiratory, hepatic, or renal impairment Known allergy to Propofol, Ketamine, Fentanyl , or Dexmedetomidine History of psychiatric illness or substance abuse Anticipated dificult airway

Intraoperative SedationTimepoint: Intraoperative Sedation -Evaluated by the Modified Observer s Assessment of Alertness/ Sedation (MOAA/S) every 5 min during and after the procedure until a recovery score of 5 is achieved
