Interventions

Intervention1: Interventions: 1. Superbrain Yoga 2. Sidhha Walk 3. Bhastrika 4. Kapalbhati 5. Bhramari: 1. SELECTION OF PARTICIPANT Participants will be selected those meeting inclusion and exclusion
demonstration will be given to the experimental group participants by the investigators. Frequency of each exercise is 3 times a day, total duration of five exercises is 25 minutes a day in each time.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients histologically proven with lung cancer with or without metastasis. 2. Age 18 years to 75 years. 3. Patient receiving third or fourth cycle of chemotherapy. 4. Receiving chemotherapy alone or with immunotherapy or targeted therapy. 5. Patient who are able to implement the planned interventional exercises.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients receiving only immunotherapy or targeted therapy. 2. Pre-existing cognitive impairment such as dementia, Alzheimer s, Epilepsy, Parkinson s, Traumatic brain injury, Cerebro vascular accident-related cognitive dysfunction. 3. Complications such as pneumothorax, pain, thrombocytopenia, peripheral neuropathy, preventing the performance of the study exercise. 4. Unable to perform due to any existing factors such as musculoskeletal problems. 5. The patient practicing yoga in their own form.

To compare the proportion of cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy who demonstrate a clinically meaningful improvement (more than equal to 10 point increase) in ACE III cognitive scores at Day 30 between the yoga intervention group and the control groupTimepoint: Baseline i.e. Day 0 to Day 30
