Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Smartphone users with doomscrolling habit (greater than or equals to 4 hours per day screen time for last 3 months) Willingness to participate in the study Written informed consent (and parental consent for participants below 18 years)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed psychiatric illness Chronic endocrine disorders Participants on steroid or hormone therapy Shift workers or individuals with irregular sleep schedules
