Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Recreational male cricket players (more than2 practice sessions per week) more than 1 year 2.Age 18 35 years 3.Mechanical low back pain (2 weeks to 6 months duration) 4.NPRS more than 3 5.BMI (18.5 to 24.5) 6.BPFS scale (0 to 5)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Disc herniation, radiculopathy, neurological deficits 2.Red flag conditions (tumor, fracture, infection, inflammatory disease) 3.Previous spinal surgery (last 1year) 4.Current physiotherapy treatment elsewhere 5.Severe cardiorespiratory or systemic disease
