Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known Chromosomal abnormalities Autosomal systemic diseases Severe Endometriosis stage III IV Metabolic disorders affecting ovarian function

To evaluate oocyte quality in IVF cycles and determine its correlation with Ayurvedic parameters such as Artava Lakshana, Beeja Dusti and Dosha predominance.Timepoint: From ovum pickup T0 Baseline during ivf cycle

Ovarian response to stimulation fertilization period ,embryo quality & clinical pregnancy outcomeTimepoint: Ovarian response: Day of trigger (HCG administration) Fertilization rate: 16 18 hours post-insemination Embryo quality: Day 3 and/or Day 5 post-fertilization Clinical pregnancy outcome: 6 8 weeks after embryo transfer
