Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients clinically and/or histopathologically diagnosed with non-homogenous oral leukoplakia Patients willing to discontinue oral habits and provide informed consent. Patients willing to comply with the study protocol and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma Patients who received treatment for non-homogenous OL within the last 3 months Pregnant or lactating women History of hypersensitivity to herbal drugs Unwilling or non-compliant patients
