Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Willing to participate Normal or corrected vision and hearing No clinical diagnosis of dementia MMSE score less than or equal to 24 (to exclude moderate to severe cognitive impairment) Physically mobile, with or without assistive devices Basic literacy, able to read, write and count in English language.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of major neurological disorders (e.g. stroke, parkinson s) Major uncorrected visual or hearing impairments Psychiatric disorders under treatment Participant enrolled in other cognitive intervention programs Currently enrolled in another cognitive or physical intervention study Medications known to significantly affect cognition (e.g. sedatives, antipsychotics)
