Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Apparently healthy individual of either sex of Ekdoshpradhana Deha Prakriti aged between 20-30 years of age in & around NIA, Jaipur.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: BMI more than 30 kg/m2 Known case of any acute or Chronic systemic illness Family history of type 2 Diabetes, Cardiovascular Disease Pregnant & lactating women Known case of Smoking, Alcohol addiction Known case of GAD (Generally Anxiety Disorder), depression, any other cognitive or psychological disorders Currently under any Medications
