Inclusion criteria: patients newly initiated on lipid lowering therapy,Adults aged 18 years and above,Available baseline lipid profile before initiation of lipid lowering therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients already on lipid lowering therapy,Patients with incomplete or missing baseline lipid profile data,Pregnant or lactating women,Patients with hepatic or renal dysfunction
