Inclusion criteria: 1. Skin tag of all over body including anal skin tag with healed fissure in ano

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Skin tag in the thoracic region 2. Skin tag with chronic fissure in ano 3. Malignant skin lesion, genital warts 4. Any auto immune disorder like SLE, RA 5. Diabetes mallitus. HTN 6. Pregnant women 7. HIV, Any other systemic disease
