Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient fulfilling the signs and symptoms of Janusandhigata Vata of mild grade. 2.Patient of all socio-economic group. 3.Patient who is willing to give written consent. 4.Patient suitable for swedana karma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient having severe systemic illnesses like uncontrolled Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus. 2.Patient having other joint diseases like Psoriatic Arthritis, Gout Arthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis. 3.Patient with Pregnancy and lactation.
