Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 40 to 59 years. Chronic mechanical or non specific neck pain more than 3 months. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score more than 5. Desk based occupation with minimum 4 hours seated work daily. Willing to participate in 4 week physiotherapy program.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cervical radiculopathy or myelopathy. Recent cervical trauma or surgery. Neurological or psychiatric disorders. Current use of sleep medication. Severe systemic illness. Manual laborers or non sedentary workers. PSQI score less than or equal to 5.
