Intervention1: derotation of flap: Flaps challenged with vascular compromise are derotated as soon as vascular compromise is detected. The flap is rotated back to the surgical site, after 3 days. Mean

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients (or guardian) giving consent. Perforator flap having vascular compromise.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not willing for followup. Mentally unstable patient.
