Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status 13 who are scheduled for thoracic spine surgery in neurosurgery OT
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age more than 70 or less than 20 years, allergy to local anesthetics, BMI more than 30 kg per m2, the presence of coagulopathy, daily use of opioid analgesics, mental or neurological disorders, allergy to analgesics (acetaminophen, non- steroidal anti- inflammatory drugs or opioids), disorder in communication, Previous thoracic spine surgery.
