Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with intractable epilepsy. 2. Children aged 3-12 years. 3. On conventional AED unaltered for atleast 1 month as per the direction of paediatrc neurologist.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Specific ocular conditions like redness, pain, blindness, excessive lacrimation, and swelling. 2. Time and season of administration should neither be too hot nor too cold and sky should not be cloudy. 3. Children with photosensitivity, aura /visual hallucinations during pre seizure phase, irritability/ temper tantrums. 4. Inborn errors of metabolism. 5. Invesigations are not done to rule out exclusion. Exclusion is based on clinical features, history of illness along with available investigation reports
