Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Confirmed or suspected history of snakebite. 2)Patients with clinical signs and symptoms of envenomation. 3)Admitted to emergency department and Intensive Care Unit. 4)Received or considered for anti-snake venom therapy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Dry bites. 2)Age less than 18 years and more than 65years 3)Unknown bite source or cases.
