Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Females aged 18 to 35 years (reproductive age group with stable menstrual cycles) 2. Diagnosed with primary dysmenorrhea 3. Regular menstrual cycles (21-35 days) for the past six months 4. Moderate to severe menstrual pain as measured by validated NPRS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed secondary dysmenorrhea due to underlying pelvic pathology (endometriosis, fibroids, pelvic inflammatory disease) confirmed by ultrasound or clinical evaluation Current pregnancy Use of hormonal contraceptives or other medications affecting menstrual symptoms in the last three months Presence of any chronic systemic disease or neurological/psychiatric disorder affecting cognitive function History of pelvic surgery or major abdominal surgery within the last year Engaged in any prescribed medications or any other treatment for the same in the past six months.
