Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Females Of Age Group 18years-40years 2.Women with Diagnosed cases of Secondary Amenorrhoea( Anartava) [Absence of menses for-more than or equal to 3 consecutive cycles in women with previously regular menses or more than or equal to 6 months in women with previously irregular menses] 3.Known cases of PCOD/PCOS with Secondary Amenorrhoea
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with known cases of -Congenital Anomalies, Uterine Malignacies, Premature Ovarian Failure 2.Women with Significant Comorbidities or Systemic Diseases or with Psychological illness 3.Women with Severe Anaemia (Hb less than 7gm 4.Females taking Hormonal Treatment for more than 3 months 5.Patients participating in another clinical studies.
