Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients willingly giving an informed written consent to participate in study 2. Patient attending OPD or admitted in department of PMR, SMS Jaipur 3. Patients with traumatic spinal cord injury of duration more than or equal to 1 month 4. Patients above 18 years of age 5. Patients with spinal cord injury of American Spinal Injury Association Impairment scale grades A, B, C or D 6. Patient should not be part of any other study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are non-cooperative and not able to understand or give response to the questionnaire 2. Individuals with memory loss cognitive dysfunction which interfere in assessment 3. Pregnant woman 4. Patients with history of psychiatric disorders or history of treatment with antipsychotic drugs prior to spinal cord injury 5. A patient with any other psychological or stress issues
