Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 20-30 years, currently enrolled in postgraduate programs. Willingness and availability to attend all 8 intervention sessions. Provide informed consent voluntarily. Able to comprehend instructions and participate in group activities delivered in English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Currently undergoing psychiatric or psychological treatment for severe mental health disorders. History of trauma requiring trauma-focused interventions outside scope.
