Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing orthopaedic, neurosurgery, upper abdominal surgeries,ASA 1-4,of either sex & of all age groups

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients preference conflicted with anesthesiologist recommendation Preferred anaesthesia method was changed during course of operation
