Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients of either Gender aged between 30-60 years. According to Ayurvedic Classics, to follow the literary symptomatology viz. Ruk, Toda, Sthambha, and Spandana. Patient willing to give consent. Patients having Deeptaagni, Tikshnaagni, Vishamagni will be selected based on The Agnibala Assessment Tool. Patients fit for Anuvasana Basti.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Suffering from any other chronic systemic diseases like TB, AIDS, Malignancy etc. Any trauma, evidence of congenital anomalies of the spine, Traumatic fracture, Epidural abscess. Patients with Urine and Bowel Incontinence. Patients having Mandaagni. Patients contraindicated for Anuvasana Basti.
