Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient operated for senile cataract with visually significant PCO, Uneventful phacoemulsification, Willing to provide informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of ocular trauma, Pre-existing posterior segment pathology(as diabetic retinopathy, ARMD), Pre-existing glaucoma or optic nerve head pathology, Corneal opacity, Complicated cataract surgery, Patients with previous ocular surgery(except phacoemulsification)
