Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group 12 years to 18 years 2. Patient willing for trail 3. A patient having classical symptoms of timir will be selected, irrespective of sex, religion, education and education. 4. Patient having simple myopia with low error less than -3D with normal opthalmoscopic findings. 5. Patient with spherical power lenses will be taken

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age group below 12 years and above 18 years 2. Patients with high myopia (when error is more than -3D) 3. Patient having any other known ocular pathology involving Chalazion, Stye, Glaucoma, Cataract, Retinopathy, Corneal ulcer, Conjunctivitis, Uveitis.

1. To asses improvement in associated symptoms of myopia like eyestrain, watering from eyes, headache. 2. To asses add on effect of tratak with saptamrit loha 3. To compare outcome of trail & control group. 4. To study in detail literature about Pratham Patalgat timir according to ayurveda 5. To study in detail literature about simple myopia according to Modern.Timepoint: Follow up on 15th, 30th, 45th, 60th day
