Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients suffering from primary dysmenorrhoea, Both married and unmarried women. Age group between 15-30 year. Patients complaint of painful menstruation with3or more consecutive cycle. Patients with Regular menstrual cycle. Patients fit for Basti Karma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with Secondary dysmenorrhoea. Patient with major systemic disease with interfere with the course of treatment. Patient on hormonal therapy. Structural Pelvic Pathology. Lactating mother Patient with IUCD, Pelvic organ infection, Uterine polyps, Endometriosis, Fibroid uterus. Congenital anomalies with female reproductive system.
