Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients belong to the age group 6 to 18 years including both genders Patients belong to all religion caste & socioeconomical status Confirmation of diagnosis of nasal polyp by Rhinoscopy Patient with parental consent for the treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with systemic type of nasal polyposis Patients with history of recent surgical intervention Patient with other mode of treatment Patient with any kind of serious systemic illness
