Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.college students full time enrolled in ug/pg/phd 2.college students with screentime more than 6 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.subjects with psychiatric illness 2.subject taking medication which alter alertnes and cognition 3.subject with sleep disorder,pregnancy 4.subject with visualmotor impairment 5.any history of recent fracture in past 6 months 6.subjects with neurological condition
