Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subject presenting with classical signs & symptoms of Vicharchika of either gender. Subject between the age group 18-70 years. Subject suffering from Vicharchika up to 12 months of chronicity. Subject with Bleeding time (B.T.), Clotting time (C.T.) in normal range. Subject those are willing to participate in study and ready to sign informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subject with known case of Anaemia. Known case of Haemophilia, Thalassemia, Leukemia. Subjects on anti-coagulant and anti-platelet drugs. Pregnant & Lactating women. Subjects suffering from Immunocompromised diseases HIV, HbsAg.

To evaluate the effect of Modified Alabu Raktamokshana in reducing sign and symptoms such as Kandu, Shyavata, Pitika & Lasika in Vicharchika (Eczema). Timepoint: First follow up on 22nd day Second follow up on 30th day

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the effect of Modified Alabu Raktamokshana with Pracchana in the management of Vicharchika (Eczema). To evaluate patient-reported outcomes like quality of lifeTimepoint: First follow up on 22nd day Second follow up on 30th day
