Inclusion criteria: Females From Information Technology Professionals and Minimum one year of Continuous Work Experience in the Information Technology Professionals

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women currently On Hormonal Therapy, Women with a History of Major Abdominal or Pelvic Surgery (Hysterectomy,Laprotomy), History of Chronic Diseases like DM, HTN,Thyroid diseaes
