Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants of all genders diagnosed with first time stroke from age group more than or equal to 18 years old who are willing to participate Onset of stroke more than or equal to 1 month Presence of upper limb impairment Fugl-Meyer Upper Extremity score 10 to 50 , Ability to follow two step commands and understand study procedures MMSE more than 20, modified Ashworth Scale less than or equal to 3, Patients able to sit and having visual acuity, Resting blood pressure less than or equal to 150 by 90 mmHg and heart rate 60 to 100 bpm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe Neurological disorders, Skin lesions, infections, or injuries at electrode or cuff placement sites, deep vein thrombosis, cardiac failure, peripheral arterial disease, or varicose veins, Fracture, shoulder dislocation, Significant sensory loss or neglect in the affected limb, unstable medical, neurological, or psychiatric condition likely to interfere with participation.
