Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Individuals aged 18 40 years. 2.Diagnosed with migraine as per ICHD-3 criteria. 3.At least 4 migraine days per month for the last 3 months. 4.Able to understand and follow instructions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Secondary or other primary headache disorders 2.Neurological or psychiatric condition. 3.Ongoing physiotherapy or relaxation training. 4.Pregnancy or systemic illness. 5.Recent head or neck injury. 6.Any Migrane Medication Long Term

MeasureTime frame
1.Assessing Clinical metrics (Intensity , Frequency, and Duration Of Pain ) using headache Disability Index (HDI).Timepoint: 1.Clinical metrics will be assessed pre-intervention and post-intervention over 3 weeks.—
