Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Fishing community; households in fishing villages with a history of Dengue Fever . willing to participate in community engagement interventions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: temporary or seasonal migrant fisherfolk workers. individuals already receiving specialized vector-control interventions

Primary Outcome Incidence of confirmed dengue fever (cases per 1,000 population/year) Timepoint: Continuous surveillance throughout the study; final assessment at 36 months (after post test).	—

Change in dengue-related Knowledge, Attitude and Practice (KAP) scores from baseline to post-intervention. Reduction in entomological indices (House Index, Container Index, Breteau Index) indicating mosquito density. Proportion of households adopting source reduction and preventive practices. Level of community participation, including formation and functioning of local community task forces/volunteers. Change in healthcare-seeking behavior for febrile illness.Timepoint: Continuous surveillance throughout the study; final assessment at 36 months (after post test).	—
