Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age more than 18 years Diagnosed with Acute Ischemic Stroke with imaging (CT and MRI) Voluntarily sign the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 18 years Unmeasurable infarct volume Transient Ischemic Attacks Hemorrhagic Stroke Subdural and epidural hematomas Hemoglobin less than 10 Patients receiving blood transfusion in the past 1 week Known case of Hyperparathyroidism, osteomalacia, Chronic Kidney Disease, Chronic Liver Disease, Diabetic Ketoacidosis
