Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i Willing to participate in the study ii. Novice to SKY practice iii. Willing to donate blood sample for the transcriptome analysis iv. Giving an informed consent to par-ticipate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i. Chronic morbidities like cancer, tu-berculosis, HIV and any blood transmitted infection ii. Practicing yoga or meditation for more than 6 months iii. Not under prescribed medication iv. Not smoking and not alcoholic v. History or current diagnosis of major medical or psychiatric conditions
