Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: low back pain radiating to one lower extremity, correlation between the clinically determined level of radiculopathy with MRI lumbosacral spine, not responding to conservative management for atleast 1 month, who are willing to follow up
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: spinal trauma, spinal surgery or deformities, epidural steroid injections in the previous 6 months, any inflammatory or neoplastic lesion affecting the spine, spondylolisthesis, spondylolysis, allergy to contrast medium, steroids, local anesthetics, bleeding diathesis
