Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Community-dwelling adults aged 65 84 years, classified as young-old / old-old according to WHO Both male and female participants Willing to provide informed consent Absence of acute cardiac events(eg myocardial infraction , tachycardia ) recent hospitalization No recent acute events that would limit physical activity participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of neurological disorders (e.g., Parkinson s disease, stroke with residual deficit) Severe musculoskeletal deformities or amputation affecting grip or mobility Cognitive impairment (e.g., dementia) preventing participation Individuals with implanted devices that interfere with DXA or BIA measurement
