Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting any 2 of the signs and symptoms i.e 1 Pain while swallowing 2 Enlarged tonsils 3 Dysphagia 4 Lymphadenopathy 5 Redness of pharynx

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having other complications such as acute retropharyngeal abscess, pharyngeal abscess, otitis media. Patients who need surgical intervention Pregnant and lactating women Patient having no fever
