Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Amateur basketball players 2. An incorrect kinetic chain diagnosed by the Bunkie test (via posterior stabilizing line (PSL) and posterior power line (PPL) postures) 3. Voluntary agreement to participate in the study 4. Having at least one year of playing experience

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe neurological deficits or continuous neurological pain 2. Acute injuries, current pain, cardiac or metabolic diseases that prevent them from testing 3. History of orthopaedic surgery within the previous 3 months
