Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed as having diabetes mellitus on insulin therapy and had experienced atleast one episode of hypoglycemia 2. Those who are willing to take part in the study 3.Those who understands Kannada / English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Critically ill patients 2. Patients who are disoriented and unable to provide the response
