Inclusion criteria: 1. All post fistulectomy wound 2. Gender: Male and Female. 3. Age group 18 60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Post fistulectomy deep wound 2. Post fistulectomy wound with ksharsutra or seton. 3. Uncontrolled DM
