Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adolescents whose internet addiction score is more than 30 and are novice in yoga practice.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who are regular yoga practitioners were excluded from study. If under any medication they will be excluded from study.
