Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All clinically confirmed cases of leprosy (as per WHO or Ridley Jopling classification) including release from treatment. 2.Patients presenting with neurological symptoms or signs such as: Cranial nerve palsies, Peripheral neuropathy (sensory, motor, or mixed) and autonomic dysfunction. 3.Patients willing to participate and provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age less than 18 years, and more than 60 years 2.Pregnant and lactating female 3.Patients with neuropathies attributable to other etiologies according to clinical experts (e.g., diabetes mellitus, alcoholism, nutritional deficiency, heavy metal toxicity, vasculitis). 4.Patients with contraindications to MRI (e.g., pacemaker, metallic implants, severe claustrophobia, high creatinine (1.2mg/dl). 5.Patients unwilling to participate.

1.Prevalence and pattern of CNS, PNS, and ANS involvement in leprosy. 2.Identification of specific MRI signatures associated with cranial neuropathy. 3.Strength of clinical radiological correlation. 4.Risk factors predicting cranial neuropathy (e.g., high Bacteriological index, Lepromatous Leprosy spectrum).
