Intervention1: Group HIR- hypobaric with isobaric ropivacaine segmental spinal anaesthesia: using 26G Quincke needle 1ml 0.1% hypobaric ropivacaine given with 0.5% isobaric ropivacaine at T10-11 level

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: written informed consent ASA grade 1and 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases in which spinal anesthesia contraindicated pregnant women spinal deformities and bleeding disorders
