Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants with physical frailty, mild cognitive impairment and functional independence.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with dementia, severe cognitive impairment, severe depression, degenerative diseases of nervous system , vision and hearing impairment.
