Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of either sex aged between 20 60 years. Patients presenting with clinical features of Kukundara and Nitambha Marma Abhighata Patients who are fit for Matra Basti therapy. Patients willing to participate and ready to give written informed consent. ODI between 20% to 80% Patient having greater than or equal to 50% subjective criteria and postive SLR test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patient is not willing to participate in the trial. Patient unfit for basti karma. Pregnant and lactating women. Patient with neurological disorders,GBS, Myasthenia gravis, Amyotropic lateral sclerosis, Muscular dystrophy, Stroke Patient with major systemic disorders such as cardiac disease, renal disease, respiratory disease, Uncontrolled DM, Hypertension Spondylolisthesis, Ankylosing Spondylitis, Vertebral fracture, T. B. of Spine, Malignancies, AIDS Cauda equina syndrome, Deep vein thrombosis, Avascular necrosis , kyphosis, Lordosis, Scoliosis

Reduction in clinical symptoms of Kukundara and Nitambha Marma Abhighata (parasthesia, loss of movement, weakness, muscle atrophy) and improvement in SLR test and Oswestry Disability Index after Matra Basti with Nirgundi Taila assessed at baseline and after 15 days.Timepoint: Baseline (Day 0), Day 7 (end of treatment), and Day 15 (follow-up)
